Keep calling from different numbers, have stopped answering them, scammers ???

CAlled at 4.30 today - have had a number of calls from various numbers today - refuse to answer unless I recognise the number - some one out there may have had calls from some of these and post about it - see following 0011 3886 0639 693 and also 0011 388606 693 certainly very odd numbers - wife has received several odd calls to her mobile from a number in Singapore as well . help - I am becoming annoyed by the number of these calls.

Did not say anything, neither did I. My number is a registered do not call number so I would guess this is a scam

Calls every day never talk and then hung up the call
