These people have been ringing me constantly. they said they were representing Vodaphone. Unfortunately, I changed over from Vodaphone a few months ago and my address so it was a possibility that I owed them money. They asked identification questions which I wouldn't answer. I did send my email address in response to a text they sent me asking for a copy of the Invoice as I didn't have one. They rang again this morning. I decided to ring Vodaphone direct to get a copy of the Invoice only to be told that there was nothing owing. bottomline - SCAMMERS!

SCAM! Said she was an agent for debt recovery on behalf of Vodafone and that we owed $$ From a cancelled account in November 2019 (wrong) she had my old address and email- said she would email the invoice to my current email- I said I would go to Vodafone Store directly to which she responded “oh they won’t be able to help you they can’t access the invoice” (um wtf) spoke to Vodafone confirmed no money owing! Still haven’t received her supposed invoice email. We have several emails in the past from similar “agents” with no invoice attached just a written email with stolen logos and bank account info. PLEASE BE AWARE OF THESE EMAILS AND CALLS! Makes me so mad!

I got a call yesterday from these people and a text message. How can this land line number still be operating as a scam? The comments on this page go back to September 2016? Surely they can't still be sitting in their office making up new scams using the same number? Four years later?!

This number keeps calling me and hanging up exactly when I pick up. Super annoying.

Call several times a week and continually hang up when you answer.

Claim "calling on behalf of vodafone". Ask for personal info answers to security questions. Total scam.
