I didn't answer, but found on another site where this number is linked to the car accident scam, Indian accent caller.

Yep, Indian guy claiming to be from some Road Accident thingy. Load of crap.

I received a call from this number and the caller said they were from the Motor Accident Insurance Commission. When pressed, he provided an address for the company that is not accurate, and also provided a different telephone number for me to contact him - but that number is a private number of someone else in another part of Queensland. Very different to the number he provided to me.
I have checked with MAIC - and this is a scam!

Rang home number whilst out but didn't leave message so am blind to know who rang so will wait for them to ring again
