I called back number (07) 3177 4282 rang once then goes to busy tone.

Platinum Holiday Club is what the person introduced himself with, hung up as I wasn't interested in the slightest for such offerings

I had a missed call from that number so I called back and it says it's disconnected.

called and didn't say anything 1st august. another private number does the same thing usually early morning about 7:30. managed to call them scum one time. now i see they deserved it :D

I have been getting calls from this number 3 to 4 times a day, claiming that they are from the Art Cancer Council and I have unpaid tickets for a fund raising draw. They keep telling that the tickets have been emailed to me and they have not, somehow they had my email address on hand without me providing it. You can report scams at https://www.scamwatch.gov.au

Didn't answer the call. I googled the number, found what everyone's saying here and now am glad I didn't answer or call back

They are low scammers, pretending to be Cancer Charities using hijacked Australian phone numbers

Answered call from them on Friday, they didn't say anything and then hung up. Missed call again from them today (Monday). Have now blocked - scam.

I received the same call twice re cancer council and she was quite annoyed and angry with me for not supplying my credit card details to her - she may have upset others resulting in them handing over card details. Have blocked calls from being connected, go straight to voice mail, to date have received 13 calls this month, extremely annoying. I have now reported as per your suggestion.

Annoying and inconvenient. Will be auto rejecting in the future. Thanks to those that already posted about this nucience caller.

calls every afternoon same time, number is set to be rejected, leaves voice message that is just mumbles, I would like to know how to stop this person calling every day.

I got a call just now 02JUN2016 11:46 AM AEST. I picked up but it just disconnected after saying hello. It is sometype of scam, they tried to grab data from your phone as soon as you picked up the phone. This matter should be reported to cyber crime stoppers. Does anyone know how to report this?
