called my mobile number and like a lot of other dodgy numbers, it reached MessageBank but did not leave a message

(07) 3177 2075 called. said not trying to sell me anything but then asked if I had insurance. Just hung up and have blocked the number.

They asked if I have life insurance or any other insurance. Very dodgy and never mention their company name, just for survey they said. I asked how do you get my phone number, they said from White pages. Can someone from the police or cyber security in the government check if this is legal? What are they trying to do?

I called back number (07) 3177 2075 reached IVR saying the person's extension I have reached is not available. It did not mention any company name also.
