who are you to judge, you are the knucklehead who hasn't left any complaint other than to complain about someone else's complaint LOL. I too have had issues receiving parcels and it shouldn't matter the distance given the tax payer funds Australia Post. Unless you don't work which may be the case given your trolling a reverse look up page:).

They should state who they are, and the reason for the call, instead of being a nuisance call as it is at the moment

I made a complaint to Australia post about a delivery. I have been advised to go to the Ombudsman..

The servey is only for the customer support representitive which hndled my case. Australia post should be ashamed that i can give feedback on some poor person in a call centre not their poor performance of (CORE BUSINESS) leaving my sons birthday present in Wyong Post office for 9 days before it left. Took 3 weeks to go from Wyong to Mount Isa. Servey the service not the customer service. Shame Australia post Shame.

Damn they hung up when I answered & really wanted to let them know that the guy I spoke to at Aust Post was very helpful. Unfortunately that was not the case at my local PO who had a parcel addressed to our business but with an incorrect street address. We have had a PO Box at that PO for 30 years or so & get mail every day, surely they could have put a card in our box to let us know they had the parcel. Many wasted hours were spent trying to track it down.

I have my answering machine on all the time. I didn't recognise the number so waited for a message. They just hung up.
