its not a scam just a private company that helps business's with fairwork and WHS

I cant get rid of these pests! they call from different numbers and refuse to take no for an answer.

I called back number (07) 3147 8600 reached IVR for a company called Employsure.

They call us every now and then, each time with a brand new phone number. Upon getting their calls, we've blocked their numbers on the spot. Wondering how they re-create these numbers??

Never been able to get rid of them.. What a pain in the bum!!

Private company that provides legal compliance for businesses regarding fair work and workplace health and safety. Largest in Australia, great initial consultation. Some people don't know the difference between high pressure sales tactics and having someone take the time to explain just how risky it is to run a business in Australia! Highly recommended.

Always receive these calls and say they're from "Fair Work" when really its Employsure... if i wanted their help I'd ring them!

Called several times today and instantly hangs up. Dont know who they are, but they can get stuffed.

Rang them to get advice about a wayward staff member. Have had numerous calls since, even on the business phone which was answered by said staff member. Employsure told them they were “returning my call regarding legal advice against employees”. I’ve told them several times over the last few months to STOP calling and they don’t.

They legit try to help businesses and they are on the news constantly doing interviews and giving advise - all company's have quotas and targets however employsure is in the business of helping business owners and business because our government decides to put together super duper complex awards that get business owners in trouble if they do not understand it correctly.

As above comments. Just hung up on me this time but have rung numerous times and from several different numbers. Just another sales cold call. Beware though because they often have names of management.
