Yes indeed they are. After signing a new lease & paying bond - all fell apart.
I was spoken over, spoken to like a child, interrupted and a whole array of other unpleasant things. ECR wasn’t done & I had to ask for it - then got a blank one, and maintenance was an issue. Floods and more.
For rentals??? NOT recommened
