Caller: Potential dangerous Very pleasant person "I'm from NBN. We have noticed unusual drop-out on your number and we would like to help you". The (potentially) $64,000 question: "Sorry, I'm a bit busy at the moment. Can you give me a number to call you back on?". If they are for real they will provide a call cack number, which you can then checkout. If they are fraudsters, jerks and swindlers they do as this twit did; hang up immediately.

Called claiming to the from the technical department within telstra offering to help speed up my internet. Truth being that they want to hack into my internet. I live in a notorious sh*t spot for internet with sh*tty satellite connection, nothing can speed that up.
