Just block them. You do it like this.
Tap the little i with the circle around it on the right of the screen.The number calling is in your 'recents' calls.
Go down to the bottom of the page that comes up and tap 'Block this caller'
''BLOCK CONTACT'' will come up, tap that. Unfortunately it might take a few goes to block this number and they may come up with a different number as well.
Keep at it.
