Yesterday, I did an online check of how much power prices would be with Click energy as I am thinking of changing provider. This number called me 5 times yesterday from 2pm til 5pm (I am at work), and so far this morning has called me twice. Fair enough to call and see how you can help, but let go of the harassment, or leave a message ffs.

Called back. They said it was the regional office of click energy.

Call from Click. Asking about changes to my account??? Asked me to verify my private information but I refused as they were the ones who called me. Said I could call them back, but what for? If they really want to get in touch and not harass their current customers, then they can email me.

Was Click Energy trying to persuade me to reconsider changing my account from them to a competitor whose rates, tariffs and billing were far superior to Click Energy. Relentless harrassment techniques to the point where I just hung up and rang their 1800 775 929 number to make sure that my account was being closed, that my meter was read for the last time and any credit on my bill was reimbursed.

This number has tried to call me 15 times in the last 20 mins. After reading the comments I would agree with Click Energy. I was looking at their prices to see the difference between them and the one I'm with at the moment. I only done this last night.

I assume it's Click Energy based on the feedback of others. The called and hung up when I answered. I recently switch away from them as a provider after they jacked up their prices, so I suspect they've found a new special tarrif/discount now.

I had called yesterday to disconnect my service with click energy and that was actioned and advised we already had a new retailer for the next property. the following day received a call from this number it was their sales team wanting us to use them for our next property.

I guess that's why I got 5 calls from them. I cancelled as well. I hope they don't continue taking from my account.

this is click energy, I cancelled a new connection with them as I went elsewhere and they're still calling!! They do not let up!!! took me about 4 - 6 emails to get them to cancel it!! bullsh*t!!

Just did a very brief online quote with Click Energy, HAD to select the box 'agreeing to be contacted by the company' in the near future' for the quote to generate. Within 15 seconds of closing the browser on my phone, I received a call from this number!!! That's not good service, that's just harassment... completely put off now... Settle down Click Energy!!

Called number back and they said they were click energy, I asked if they were in Brisbane and she answered no, Manilla. Hung up

yep same thing from me. Calls frequently. Answer and say hello, hangs up straight away.
