Caller: Fake tax office I got a call from this number at 5.30 pm and they pretended to be tax office and offering me refund which was definitely a scam

Caller: "tax office" Stated it was tax office, with refunds owing from previous years. Such a strong accent that I couldn't even understand full sentences half the time. Then got mad at me when I asked questions.
