Certainly a call centre representing multiple charities. I recent times I have been challenged by the 'call centre' approach to raising funds for charities. I balance my own challenges with this and my experiences with supporting non for profit groups that struggle to get people to turn up and help. The call centres do offer an alternative. I would suggest they are open about who they are and who they are supporting. And it would also help if they did not send multiple requests for multiple charities each week!

You are right... I have absolutely --- "No appreciation of a skilled fundraiser" (end quote) Especially one that has suckered you by giving you false information.

That quote is just offensive. First you are making it clear, helping the unfortunate souls is fine... As long as you don't have to get off your ass right? Second, I raise money for charity myself. I do not need to resort to bothering people when they are obviously doing something else. I do not waste money (that could be better used to help these people!) by making UNWANTED PHONE CALLS. We know they are unwanted otherwise there wouldn't be this site with THOUSANDS of complaints regarding cold callers. Charity work included.

Dozens of people have complained how rude this woman is. Nice that you don't mind being spoken to like that, but the voice of the public has spoken.. in fact it's screaming..

We have since found out, on subsequent calls, Janine is telemarketing for a Resort Group - doesn't sound like a very good cause to us. In a small business, where we are trying to make a living, we could well do without these intrusive calls from people misrepresenting themselves.

This company raises money for unwell and disadvantaged children. My business gives regularly to this wonderful cause. Not many people like telemarketers fullstop but I have found Janine to be great and she has worked for the same company for many years.

Very persistent agreed, but never rude or abrupt. I offered her a job but she believed in helping kids get over their serious health issues. Sounds like she got past a few gatekeepers and they didn't like it to me. No appreciation of a skilled fundraiser I guess. Keep up the good work, Janine without people like you no one would raise any money for these unfortunate souls.

Janine Kilpatrick called our business today, and was insistent to talk to my partner, asking for him by name and intimating she knew him personally. Was abrupt and rude. When he took the call she was fundraising. These people shouldn't be phoning businesses. I don't know that it is even a legitimate charity.

A lady has been calling every morning this week for my boss. Janine finally left a message today asking my boss to call her on 3005 0142 Re: RSL Souutport

Janine Kilpatrick called today and said that she has 5 children, 3 of which have cancer and 2 with cystic fibrosis. She was wanting to sell tickets for fund raising...... I guess the next question was for a credit card #. Pffftttt....

Janine continues to ring my employer but refuses to leave any details regarding her call and when instructed that they will not take her call till she is aware of the content she snaps that she should call her on 3005 0142 and hangs up. She is always rude and abrupt

Its the Rotary Club of Ipswich. They are fundraising for special needs children to attend a show.

Called my boss, I took a message. Abrupt and quite rude. Would not advise what the call was regarding. Left message as from Janine Kilpatrick.

Been getting this message quite alot recently. She just does not give up. Comes up on my mobile as Private Number but Janine leaves her contact back as 30050142.

Janine is extremely rude and very persistent. What a bad reflection on whatever company she's working for. She needs to learn some manners, or get a new job. I don't know where she's calling from, but if I did, I would put in a formal complaint.
