He said they have multiple complaints or error messages about my computer. I said I don’t have a computer. He hung up without talking any further. I’m not a stupid idiot!

Another scam.
I was advised to say nothing for the first 15 seconds and then they hang up. Seems their machine then records the number as non humane and does not call it again. I can only hope.

They called a couple of times (no talk from there end just hang up after about 15 secs).
Tried the no sound next time and it has not called back so maybe it did think there is no human there or maybe it just gives up after a few days.

Time for our service providers to ban these calls permanently, particularly as they know they are continuing

Its the typical scam artist trying to hack you PC by telling you already have an infection and they have help you fix it. Luckily I wasn't born yesterday...

one you use for the internet I said I use them all.(actually I don't own a computer at
this address. He started talking to someone in the background in a another language
and I said please talk English, he then hung up on me. Scammers they are so annoying.

Can't believe this scam still works on anyone, I must admit I find the whole thing too funny. Told the caller that my computer was 12 years old and not connected to the internet and that still did not stop her from continuing on the scam pitch. Quite a funny moment when she finally realized what I had said and hung up.

This is a scam. I tried to keep them going for a while to waste their time but couldn't keep it going. The told me they were from Macintosh support department. The internet country code for the web site they insisted I logon to was Montenegro. I don't think Apple have a support office in Montenegro.

Caller was not happy when I repeated I was on the 'do not call register' and I asked again which company he was calling from. Hung up when I stated he was in breach of legislation by calling.
Apparently I have a problem with my computer!

Didn't call them back and after reading comments on this page, it's obviously a scam.
