Don't ignore. I did and it reached $90 as I was reluctant to interact with them. Fair play to Optus, they blocked Thumbr and credited my account for lost funds.

I have received sms from Thunbr saying I subscribed for something I have not. I sent to Office of Fair Trading Qld complaining but got nothing back. I emailed thumbr but email bounced back. I see this is a scam and they want me to sms back on pretense to "opt out" and collect charges form the reply. I have a question: What is the cyber crime division of the government doing about this

Same for me with optus...... I was charged $10 after receiving this sms..... Did Live chat through the optus app, Consultant was awesome. credited me the $10 Thumbyr stole (How dare they), blocked any further action from companies to do this, plus blocked premium sms services for good. I didn't click on any links or suspicious emails and have great antivirus software. Optus and Telstra are obviously allowing companies to do this and covering it up with "you must have clicked on a suspicious link". Link or no link, Your phone provider is the only one that can grant these companies access to funds in your account. So they must know about it.

Called Optus and all they can do is cancel premium sms services for future transactions. No refund through them or Telstra but they told me to contact Thumbr and ask them for a refund. Called their number 1800 014 310 and couldn't get through. Also opted-out by texting stop. Nice little scam for them!

I received this exact text, I believe because I accidentally touched a pop-up or banner add on a website. I had to contact Telstra about this and get them to block all third party subscription services and set my expenditure limit to $0.00 for these things. I believe they also barred all "premium SMS" services.
So, in short, if you get this message from 'Thumbr' then contact your service provider immediately to block all third party subscription content. Otherwise you will lose your money.

Hi you've subscribed to thumbr costing you $10.00/Week on your next bill. http://portal.thumbr.com/AU Optout SMS STOP to 19707070 or 1800 014 310.
I received this message last night and my first instinct was to ignore (like any other scam message you would get) but after a bit of googling I found that they are allowed to subscribe you with Telstra and I would have been billed had I not opted out by replying. I contacted Telstra this morning and all fees have been waived ($5 fee for receiving their message in first place and $0.25 for replying to opt out on top of $10/week fee). I suggest you do contact your phone supplier to make sure you are not being charged by these people. Telstra have now also put a block on third party subscriptions (you have to speak with them to do this). I cannot believe that this can happen by a simple click while on a site. All I know was the screen went white while on a site and then I got a text message. I definitely didn't agree to subscribing to anything.

I also received same message just now from number above. Did anyone actually get subscribed? Should I ignore or opt out as it asks?

Do not call or sms this number. It's a scam that will slug you $10 and they will keep calling.

Unsolicited text saying my mobile account is to be automatically debited $4.99/month and when I attempted to opt out, I received a warning that message would be charged also.
