Having said that, I continue to get great offers from them, so hav not gone down that path - just a polite "no thanks" will usually do it.

NEVER buy from this company, they have numerous mobiles they call from and they call several times a day every day. I am so sorry I ever ordered from them. They also do not remove your name from the call list despite being asked to do so several times.
