Caller: Fake name used We had this same number call our business and place a $10500 order for electrical products shipping to a South Australian address. When we searched this address, it was a vacant land that was advertised for sale. The card used to pay the order was stolen.

Caller: Peter Smith A Mr Peter Smith ( prob not real Name) called our Store wanting to buy some items.. Total $10,058.. Order was done over the Ph. The Mr Smith called back 2 hrs later starting with the Stories that he got 2 Items the same wants 1 refunded. Had no problem doing that ( even though a quote was sent some hrs before) !!. So "Mr Smith" wanted to have the funds refunded back over the Ph.... This is something our business can't do to the way the POS and EFT machines are setup, you have to present a Physical card.
Mr Smith was saying everything and giving every reason why he or his wife couldn't come into the store.They gave a Canberra Address yet he then went ton to say that he doesnt live in Canberra !!! ( RED FLAG). Mr smith then became aggressive and kept insisting that the refund needs to be over the ph... This didnt happen with us. but it has happened to other businesses.

A Mr Peter Smith ( prob not real Name) called our Store wanting to buy some items.. Total $10,058.. Order was done over the Ph.
