I called back the number 0491 051 871 and reached vm that said the company name is Pareto Fundraising

This is an untended service that is used by various charities to solicit donations. The vm gives an email address where you can ask to be taken off their list, but I couldn't catch what it was. Easier just to block it if you don't want the calls.
