This is a scam - have received multiple scams from different numbers and they always refer to me by the wrong name (Ricki?).
This number sent "Ricki Please accept my apology for not getting this to you sooner: (random link).
Just block the number

Message saying they tried to deliver a package but it had no postage. Link takes to site that looks like Australia post but then wants $2 payment. Looks suspicious.

Got message from this number saying I won an iPhone, I haven’t any competitions. Also was only going to cost $1.00 (scam I think)

I had checked the link. But based on your info, I am not even an Apple customer so it probably scam.
