Spam with link

Got same message, had my first name and said you registration has been accepted to continue click here, and had meigu link ( which I googled was in China)

I’ve had two messages haven’t opened. Block it’s a scam

Received the following message:
Hello Xxxxx, this is the best time to start with the link I told you. Here it is: https://vmegi.com/aKu

I received this sms message saying...Hello, we got your registration, Thank you for your order starting 1K every day from today! The next step is here: http://pdljq.club/YjkNAshg

This seems very dodgy as they want you to click on the link.
