They try and put you on the spot to talk to your superannuation fund and be the third person in conversion . They reckon there office is in Broadbeach on the Gold Coast .

Quite pushy about having me talk to a financial advisor even though I informed them that my Super Fund has been in contact with me already in recent weeks. Wanted to set up a conference call right there on spot! I had to get quite assertive and say if I was going to talk to ANY financial advisor it would be from my Super Fund or through my personal accountant. BEWARE! Scammers abound during the pandemic crisis

Spam - hung up after first two questions when they didn't get the answers they wanted

Called from 0488 862 618

Said my number purchased from a company in Melbourne. Couldn’t/wouldn’t provide details of who to contact at Premium Support Centre to find out who sold my details tk them. Manager was conveniently in a meeting.
Was polite even to my prickliness....

She called and immediately asked if my superfund has been in contact with me. When i asked who are you and where are you from. She mentioned that i may be eligible for free financial advice. Apparently, I had to qualify for it. She pushed for me to speak with a financial planner, when i refused, it turned ugly. I was being pushed into something that i am not comfortable with, especially when i am expected to release private information about me and my superannuation. This was not a good phone call. I called back the number and it took me to a message bank that stated that our call centre staff are busy and someone will be in contact with me shortly.

Non stop calling and then keep on hanging up on me, when I answer? Absolutely annoying, unprofessional time wasters.

one person called me by 0480 013 875, they are in Gold coast no 165 Varsity prade

Similar to above, called me asking me about my super and the current corona virus wanted to setup a call with an advisor.

Told me I sounded young and then asked how much super I had saved. told them my super is managed through my work and he told me he'd take me off the call list and hung up immediately.

Picked up but they hung up after I answered. That's a clear sign of spam to me so I've blocked the number.
I'm still receiving calls from them (my phone texts me when they attempt to call but the call doesn't come through).

Same as everyone else. Rang my husband wanting to know about his super. Hubby just hung up.

I told them I'm a financial planner and she quickly got off the phone. How did they get my mobile number though?

premium support centre hannah smalls said shes from qld. ring your super to advise them so they can put security measures in place if you have been called.

blocked the number from the start
calling regularly, leaving voice mails with their name and realising they are going to voicemail and hang up

they said they are from Premium Support Centre and registered with ASIC
asked where are they calling from and they are talking about if my superannuation has been in contact regarding about Corona Virus, asked my aged and when i said that i am at work and they can call back the lady changed tone and i hung up. blocked them!

Offering free financial advisory service for superannuation setup review. I still don't understand who appointed this party to offer financial advice and why.

Caller: "Premium Support Centre"

These scum bags are using Coronavirus to either push something or obtain personal details. She claimed to be calling on behalf of the government. My number is on the do not call register. Was pushing to get me to speak to their financial adviser about my super. Sounded like a phishing exercise to me.
Blocked and reported!

This number keeps calling at least 4 times a day. They keep calling quite aggressively. I searched up number to see if it is another sales call.
