I also received a phone call from this number a few minutes ago. Luckily, I don't answer phone calls when I'm not familiar with the number. Aside from this 0488 862 078, I also received phone calls from 0488 862 065 and 0488 862 032 but never answered them either. I already blocked them from my incoming call list. It's just f***in' annoying coz they're calling every day!😡😡😡 They're just using the same numbers but with different last 3 digits at the end of the phone number every day. I reckon these are hackers or scammers! Be aware of the numbers I mentioned.

Just got a phone call from this number when I answer its just a load tone.

Same thing..no one at the end of the line when I answer, two calls in the last few days..

I have received same thing from these numbers all ending with various numbers. Can’t understand female Asians or male Individuals with Indian accents. I just block them. They gotta be stopped. Fing annoying. Spams for superannuation maybe.

I have blocked 15 of these numbers starting with 04888—-. So annoying. Haven’t answered any of them.

Call saying he was from a "Private Equity Company", I said I'm not interested and he said you are obviously not a home owner. I hung up.

0488 862 078 - telemarketer ringing on behalf of Equiti Private Wealth (based in Parramatta)
They are looking for people interested in a "wealth" seminar. doesn't cost anything to attend, but once you are there .... who knows?

Currently, I am not in Australia. This number keep calling me 1 time per day. Very annoying.

Same here. Called @ least twice a week. Smart ID comes up as "Telemarketer" so I ignore. Same thing with blocking. Still calling pain in the a#$e
