Very annoying marketing phone call... interrupted my work and wasted my time?

Keep calling 3 to 4 times a day. This phone number was automatically blocked in my phone due to suspect spam. There should be a way of stopping these phone class.

Yes-this number called me today, and didn't leave message. Tried to call back from a land line, and it keeps sounding an engaged tone.
