Comes up as a Potential Scam or Fraud on my Samsung when it rings - didn't answer. After reading this forum, number is now blocked - unsolicited, unwanted calls.

I had a call from this number when I attempted to answer they hang up when I call back to see who it was Telstra tells me the number is disconnected, how odd!
