Caller: Amazon Prime Telling me they had deducted $107 from my account and to confirm my details to cancel my account and get a refund. Asked them to remove my phone number as I do not have an Amazon Prime account. They would not confirm the name of the account because of privacy, but expected me to confirm details to them. They insisted I would be charged as my phone number was registered with the account. When asked to confirm the name on the account, they obviously looked up EWP and quoted the first initial and surname.
