another scammer pretending to be from a govt Sept and if you ask a question she says you don't qualify and hangs up

Has called several times. Leaves no message. Now blocked.

When I called back, the voice said: the number you dial is not in service and check the number again

Called me a few times and did not left a message. Fishy...

yet Government Departments very rarely make calls to anyone especially before 9am.!
