Sales call trying to scare you into buying one of their insurance products claiming the government has announced that superannuation funds with insurance policies will be cancelled. Rubbish. Blocked - not that it helps as they will call again using a different number.

Male claiming that due to changes in Government policy, insurance policy attached to superannuation will be cancelled, and offered free superannuation review. Would not provide the name of the organisation he worked for, could not specify what government he was talking about. First question of the "review" was trying to get personal details. SCAM.

Caller: “Jordan” from the “smith Family”

Wanted to tell me about their sponsorship program. When challenged about calling from a number ID that was a mobile he stumbled. Sounded like he was in a boiler room of people doing the same thing. Obvious scam.

I called back number 0488 828 172 spoke to a woman who said company name is Latitude Financial Services.

When call is answered it goes to an automated system and asks you for prompts. That's where I lose my patience.
