rings me all the time, doesn't leave a message

DESPITE telling them (Latitude Finance) more than once that I had made the monthly payment two weeks ago they have persisted in ringing at least FOUR times a day and even as late as 8.45pm in the evening. So yesterday I finally snapped and contacted ASIC about these guys - turns out they CANNOT phone you more than three times per week, or ten times in a month. So I lodged a formal complaint with ASIC today as their incessant calls are nothing short of harassment and it seems I am not the only one who has complained about their operating practices!!!!

They call every day. No msg or they hang up if you answer - or tfr you. Have blocked them.

Rings no msg left. When you return call rings once then transfers to another number (call forwarding) financial people. Hang up don't bother

This number calls everyday. When I tried to phone it back it doesn't ring, absolutely a nuisance caller!!!

Calling in regards for accommodation. Ring back and phone is disconnected. Now I am So scared, I don't know what to do.

Latitude manage credit cards for a number of providers. It is an internal collections area, it isnt an external one like Dunn & Bradstreet.

I agree with everything above ! I have Called them a week ago telling them when I would make the payment ! They agreed all good with that arrangement, yet, still receiving at least 5 calls daily! Which I don't answer any more!!

Phoned number back after missed call. Lady answers and says from Latitude GE Financial Services. Others talking in background what they were saying wasn't professional. Sat there saying they couldn't find my account. I hung up as it felt like they were scamming me for card details
