Received text asking me to click on https://hotdoc.com/.......... didn't open the link. Checked number on Reverse Australia, various comments Positive & Negative, tried phoning number, recording said this number was not connected. Probably a scam as David Aug 29, 2021 suggests.

This number might be legit HotDoc reminder but was followed less than three hours later by 0400 906 725, sms read; “message 4du you : & https://www.healthgo.co.za/k/?74u9-retmzn”, obviously a tacked on scam from Zambia. I have deleted the HotDoc app and will return to booking appointments on phone.

I have contacted Telstra to remove these false links 6 months ago. I would not be going to Doctors in Queensland. I live in Tasmania.

Looks like scam to me.
Pretty obvious from the link.
The url ends with .com
Should be a .com.au in Australia.
Also called the number and it was phoney.

Caller: It was a txt so red flag #1

Got a txt, saying I need to update my info before I can attend my appointment. RED FLAG #2

Well anyone with half a brain knows this kind of request doesn't happen over a txt message, let alone I don't have an appointment nor have I made one. RED FLAG #3

SCAM I TELL YOU, and stop giving personal information away just because you get a txt mess. Lift your game ppl.

I got a text with a link telling me I need to fill out a form before my Covid appointment.

I don't have a covid appointment! So I think this is a SCAM.

Caller: Text from ?

This web page is useless.
Half the replies say Legit and half say Scam ?
My text message simply says, "Hi David, click htt"
The number it came from was 0488 826 170.
I do have a doctors appointment tomorrow but that number is not the number on his web page.
If it was from a legitimate company, why don't they tell me who they are and why thety are contacting me ?
I recommend, DELETE immediately.
Ring your Doctors Surgery direct.

Received text message confirming 2nd Vaccination appointment tomorrow but asking me to register and asking for medicare card number and other details. Some difficulties on the site like not accepting some of my responses or taking a long time to respond!
Am enquiring if this is a possible scam as when I rang the number I was told it does not exist!
