avoid this like the plague also associated with something called "kids summer safety magazine" phone number 1300 924 271 this bloke would have to be the greatest scamming low life maggot i have ever had the misfortune to be contacted by

Text message sent in response to advertised goods, for example on Gumtree.
They ask you not to call or text but rather to respond via email to "raymondmary31 @ gmail.com" or could be another gmail account,
wants you to open a Paypal account and sent them the details for them to pay you. Be careful this is a scam.

This came by text from this number. Similar to others who have reported this as a scammer.
“Our service department has been super popular lately. Not that we arent loving the extra attention, but unfortunately this means we arent able to book everyone in as soon as we would like to. Your routine service is due in approx 6 weeks for vehicle 884IB2 Please book online www.pacifickia.com.au/service or call 1800 764 782 during business hours. Kind Regards Pacific Kia (Or reply S=Sold M=Moved so we can update our records)”

The txt advised that I had a scheduled service due for our car. They even quoted the reg number and car dealer landline. The wanted me to let them know if I have sold our move d the car by replying. So they somehow got my phone number and registration.

Got the same as someone else here posted - a text regarding a car service due soon. This one was supposedly from Kia service centre. Glad I checked this before I did anything.

Constant text telling you you have a service booked at a certain date & time. They want you to confirm an appt I haven’t made - SPAM

Received an expectant text message from 0488 824 295 saying parts are ready for pickup.

Scammer, told me my account withTreat Protect is overdue, I don't have an account with them. Have blocked that number.

Received this - “Ur cell no has won USD1.5m in the ongoing USPB. with Ref
no(PBL21).Contact Mr.JAMES at pbsa @ post.com for claim.”
