Unsolicited call from an energy?? company

My phone is right in front of me but didn't ring. But voicemail said that this caller hing up without a message. I donno who. I won't draw conclusions.

Then they blocked my phone from being used

some energy company who called me by my first name..dont know where they would get my name from as its not on our energy bill....I said not interested and hung up then blocked the number.

I called back the number 0488 822 943 and reached vm that did not mention the company name
