Says it is an mms from optus (I'm currently using Vodafone). Went to web page http://optus-message.com/mms which downloaded file MMSOPTUS.APK from path http://message news-support.tk.mmsoptus.apk [another time same but replace .tk with .cf] I haven't opened the apk file as I'm unsure if its safe.
