Solar panel rebate scam. Do not answer or give any information.

Claimed someone had stolen my identity and there was a court case being filed against me ‭0487 233 969‬

Caller: IDK an indian fellow

Asked if I had solar panels installed, I said "why are you asking" and he said "f*ck off" then hung up.

Indian scammers claiming to be helping with a solar rebate !!

I called 9 minutes after the call and got the check the number message

Introduced them self as representing the Federal Government solar panel rebate scheme. Asked if I was the homeowner and when I said no hung up on me.

Received this phone call today 0487 492 617 and male person calling for a property owner at 20 trans st ?
I advised he rang a work phone and for whom he was after or where he was calling.
Shortly after he said sorry, and terminated call.
Clearly dodgy , as he did not advise who was calling and from where.

Had the phone in my hand and answered straight away - they didn’t expect that! The caller gasped and hung up but not before I could hear it was a call centre in the background ☀️

Caller: Scammers - Time Wasters

As other comments (from today, above). I answered the call, and it was immediately disconnected. When you call the number back - the number is 'not connected'. I think these buggers are 'spoofing' Australian Mobile numbers?! Is that possible..??? As a business person it's damn annoying and a waste of time. :|

I called back the number 0487 492 617, rang and got disconnected automatically
