Claims to be netbank and says my account is suspended

Text messages, first claiming to be Westpac, and then NAB.

Scam with message: *IMPORTANT MESSAGE FROM WESTPAC*
Your Internet Banking access and attached cards have been suspended. Go to https://westpac.repair/?ref=NBC and follow the prompts to restore your usage or call 13 2221 and Quote Ref # NBC.

SCAM - I don't bank with Westpac, but they included the actual Westpac customer service number along with a link to install an app that definitely was not from Westpac.
