Caller: scammer

sent a message to my What's App pretendning to be my child, asked me to save new number then asked me to deposit $6,900 to their account TODAY. Strung them along for a while. Tried to call the number but they didn't pick up. Said they were at work....funny, cause both my kids are still at school. Bloody scammers!!!!

Pretended to be my child and told me it was their new phone number

asked for my online banking details pretending to be a relation

They asked for money

Somehow knew I spoke Chinese and sent me text in mandarin asking if I teach English

Scammer, be aware

Sent a message to my WhatsApp making out it was one of my children telling me to delete my child’s number and save their number.
