Caller: Some asian

I am disgusted they called n left a message in Chinese which I do not understand then someone spoke in English saying I had a parcel to be picked up from China then the Asian spoke again in Chinese. I have not ordered anything from China. This is a scam I've black caked the number. I would like to know how they get my number this is disgusting
