Keeps calling my mobile but never leaves a message. Blocked now

Nuisance! Called several times the whole day and during odd hours ie: 1am, 3am! I don't answer calls from numbers that are not familiar to me nor not in my phone list. If it was important, I have a voicemail like the rest you folks, where they can leave. BLOCKED the number!

Got a call from this cell no. last night. Idk who they are or how they got my no., but I called back and it went straight to voicemail. I think it's related to the landline (03) 9982 1912. Real dodgy!
