Indian lady from Legal Assist advising that I'd had a car accident in the last 2 years. Told her to remove me from her database and hung up.

Insurance Indian lady told me she is from ctp insurance from the government, had my name and details about my car crash???? Wtf I hanged up shattered

I heard a beep when I answered then waiting music, like elevator music. Hung up and blocked the number

Told me she was from Legal Assist and was calling about an accident I had.....

heard a few of these scams are going around at the moment, be careful.

Did the whole - "sure you are...." and hung up

Threatened to call the Australian telecommunication Ombudsman and my insurance provider if she called my number again. Then asked to speak to her manager. She asked me why. I told her because I was going to make a complaint of ongoing harassment. She then hung up on me.
