Even though it may be the Domino number, scammers spoof the number. I had someone abuse me saying I had rung them when my phone was on the charger all morning. On another site I look at my number and I notice people search my number 90 times in the last month. I am lucky they haven't left comments blaming me for the scammers searching for other active numbers. Some one got scammed because the local police number was spoofed. The number calling is just a label sent by a computer.

Samsung phone says "Dominos"; also said "Scam". The only thing is that I didn't order from Dominos*.

No voicemail was left. It is probable that the number is spoofed.

Anyway, if Dominos is "telling people about deliveries", why wouldn't they use a landline or a VOIP? Even if it is an automated call, it's not hard for that line to divert to a real live human, in line with Dominos 'quality process'.

QED: Scam. They're rolling the dice - playing a numbers game. Some sucker is going to take the bait and be fleeced.

I ordered a Domino’s Pizza about half an hour before this call, and my pizza arrived about one minute after this call. But I have a Masters degree in science, and I can tell you the correlation is not causation. This call was definitely a scam. Follow the science! 🍕

Or they're spoofing the number which unfortunately happens a lot.....they also target people on your contact list and spoof their number, then you can't block it as you will be blocking the real number that belongs to someone you actually want to communicate with.
