I have had numerous calls from this number; no one on the other end; can't call them back; either engaged or just cuts out

I had 3 attempted calls today (25/03/19) of which they hung up straight away.
I had 3 attempted calls on Friday (22/03/19) of which they hung up straight away.
I had 1 attempted call on Thursday (21/03/19) which they hung up straight away.
I have now blocked this phone number.

This number has called me 5 times in the last 3 days, I haven't answered it. I rang the number back and as above there's a recorded message saying this number is not available from this service.

Received 3 missed calls from this number after an Australian Red Cross door-knocker stopped by. I know that it must be a tough job, asking people for money … but something about it feel scammy.

Called and asked for my mums name (coincidence or not I don’t know), I said It wasn’t me and they said they had the wrong number and hung up.

Caller: Telemarketers

A woman claims that I recently entered a competition for an iPad "or something", vague segway into the justification for the spam call. Says I have won free tickets to see some bloke I've never heard of it in Mordialloc. I queried who that was, she asked 'you don't know? I said I don't know the person but I know the place... she said there will be a presentation, every guest leaves with an android tablet (whatever happened to this 'iPad') and cash prizes, plus free food. NOBODY gives away free genuine tablets, food and cash for you to show up to listen to some douche canoe trying to sell you something and take away your hard earned money. It's horse poop. I just politely say's it's not for me and she hangs up. SCAM!

Called twice in 2 days, and hung up, seems like a scam to see it’s its a real person that answered the phone, then sell the number on to call centres, so they can call back and try and scam you.
It’s blocked now.

20 calls over the past 2 days.

They've rang me a couple of times. I answered this morning and it was a female saying she was from Aurora and I had a prize from a competition I had supposedly entered back in October, she mentioned Woolworths and Facebook amongst other possible places when I said I don't recall entering any comp. Then said to claim I would have to attend a talk in town by a bloke talking about making money...lol Nope sorry not interested

Multiple calls from 0480 017 420 but no message left.

OMG! I'm so tired of receiving calls from this number. I've even blocked them on my iPhone but they still get through!!! Naturally I don't bother answering.

This numberhas called everyday for the past week now. I haven't answered yet as i look it up and find they are doing it to alot of people.

This is either a bot or a company that contacts through use of bots, this is so disgusting that Australian consumers have to suffer these rogue a*holes, when is the telecommunications minister going to do a proper audit on these timewasters! They keep waking my terminally ill mate who is elderly & doesn't understand they're trying to scam him.
