I ask them if they need to speak to the bill-payer, decision maker, homeowner, etc, without confirming any details. Of course they say yes, thinking it's legit. So I say, "one sec, I'll go get them". I put the phone down and continue with whatever I was doing ... and make them wait and wait and wait. Eventually they just hang up.

Already selling excess solar power to the grid, don't need more. Time wasting scammers. Added to call blocker.

I rang back and the response is that the number is disconnected please check your number before dialling again.
Must be an overseas call centre using fake display numbers.
I use Telstra Call Guardian and these type of calls do not go through to me but I can still see if there are any calls that did not get through to me so I can then block them.
Since I have had Call Guardian I do not gat any nuisance calls.

Told them I was renting and they hung up. I then tried abuse and the retards still called. Then I blocked them and they continue to call but thankfully my phone pulls them up, I can see their numerous attempts in my call record. I hope that no one falls for these idiot's promises. There is no shame in not answering a call, if its urgent the caller will always leave a message.
