Received a text message stating that Optus was having trouble preparing my ebill and account needed attention. It included a link to a fake website that was very professional looking that required login details, passwords and card payment. Total scam

Scam/phishing - said I have a parcel to collect and then directs me to click on a link. DON'T click on this.

Received text message which got my correct name

"Dear ***, Ur delivery has been stopped at our depot today. #*******. Please resolve the issue here: https://..."

Text reads "Every minute is important. The professional financial team teaches you to earn $1000, add whatsapp (link)"
