It's a scammer. Latitude Finance do not call from a mobile number. I asked for an email to confirm what they were offering and he told me that's not something Latitude does. This is a lie because they do it for me all the time.

Isn't a scam.

Had all my account details and were trying to sell a personal loan for my GEM card.

Is Latitude Financial Services - previously GE. If you have any of their products (GEM, department store cards like Myer Visa, Creditline card, GO card) they’ll contact to to cross sell etc. if you don’t have a direct ‘Latitude’ account, you most probably have one of their branded products, hence the call.

Asked for my details to verify the account. Mentioned that I can't recall dealing with Latitude so they ended the call. Funny thing is that I do have an account. So if they really knew my details that then they would have rebutted.

I've been receiving calls from this number all year. I answered once and they said they are from latitude services and said I had an account with them. I don't have any accounts with latitude. Strange!

Caller: Apparently latitude finances

I believe this is a scammer. As when latitude finances has rang me in the past they ring with a private/unknown number and have an automated voice that states “this is an important call for (name here)” and then it puts you through to an actual person. The people that call from this mobile number, let the phone ring a couple of times and then I think it is expected that you ring them back because when I have answered the calls they just hang up. The gentleman who answered the call today was actually quite impolite. I have blocked this number from further calls.

I get different variations of the number.. its a mobile so they can text me; otherwise why would i answer a number i dnt know

Its just Lattitude offering personal or debt consolidation loans. They used to be known as GE Money.

maybe GE money prior to 2015 as they had a name change ?

missed calls on mobile from this number however no messages left when I rang got a female on the phone after a few calls she answered latitude financial services when you ring latitude you do not get someone on the phone immediately you have to go through the automated voice and press options I think it is a rort I questioned her about ringing me on a mobile number she said we can call from a mobile number if that is your preference

I answered and they hung up. Googled the number to find these comments regarding the same thing. I have a credit card with 28 degrees (latitude), but have now blocked this number.

He said he was from Latitude Finance, he wanted me to confirm my details, when I refused, he hang up with out any explanation.

Myer Credit Card has changed to Latitude Financial Services.
They also do home loans.
