Pantera Finance scammers don't answer

Debt Collectors, have been chasing for origin energy debt back in 2012, but it was sorted through ombudsman, as origin grossly overcharged me.

This panthera finance apparently bought all the "written off" debts of origin energy and are now chasing the money.

told them to contact the ombudsman, it was written off for a reason and to p*ss off, they have been hounding me for over 10mths and still don;t get the message there is nothing to pay.

They actually asked me to supply them with the dealings with the ombudsman again i told them to take a hike, I wasn't doing there job for them.

Never, ever admit or infer there is or was a debt, it is all recorded and if they think you will crumble they will latch on!!!!!!

Same here, the estate where we live, the numbering is all over the place and Origin are chasing money, even though I am with AGL, but myself an my neighbours get invoices in our names and our addresses but with each others meter no's. Went to the ombudsman, now Pantera are chasing me. THis had been going on for years and still in correct meter no's. This not only affects our credit ratings, but is a job within itself and whose paying for our wasted time.

I have no debt. Every bill is paid immediately. Been with the same electricity company and phone company for decades.
I never answer calls from people I don't know. These 'debt collectors' call more often than legally allowed. Even if you have a debt it will time out. If you need to settle a current debt, deal directly with the company you owe.

Panthera Finance....origin bill from 2009 which was paid in full yearsss ago! Keep calling me though >_<

Keep ringing me over bill crap all the time im making the payments and still harrassing me got 2 calls today im in hospital witha sick 8 day old baby told them that tjia morning and they rang me again this arvo piss off !
