Dodgy number. Claims to be James from AIPT regarding fitness course - presumably an expensive one.

Got this message from this mobile
Thanks for the swift response and do as well advise on the least amount you will like to give it away as i am buying this for son and due to the nature of my job and location...i will not be able to come for inspection,am a very busy type as i work long hours everyday,i have gone through your advertisement and i am satisfied with it.
As for the payment..i can only pay via the fastest and secure way to pay online(PayPal) here.
I have a private courier agent that will come for the pick up after the payment have been made...
You can now send me your PayPal email so i can pay in right away and also include your address in your reply. If you don't have a paypal account, you can easily set up one...log on to www.paypal.com.au and sign up its very easy... i would have loved to talk to you on phone but i work mainly offshore, our phone is down on the rig right now due to bad weather, that was why i sent you a text, i even wonder how my message deliver to your phone but for now we can only communicate through the same mailing channel.await your reply asap.
Thanks
Mary

Fake, Don't Bother
Posted on April 21, 2014 Caller type: Unknown Location: Australia
it is fake, they try and trick you into sending them money via PayPal or Western Union
If you get any sms from 0477 751 358, 0477 751 493 or 0477 751 492 or anyone else that can't speak to you with an Australian cell number, just delete it straight away or hang up. They will usually say that they are off shore on an oil rig and can't get to a phone. Make sure you always talk to someone when buying or selling goods online. Get their full details including address and contact numbers, make sure you can call them directly. Meet them in a public place or at there work/home. Don't get tricked into sending money or goods without meeting them in person and checking ID. Do not accept emailed ID as they can fake that also. I got an email with a fake NSW license which I took straight to the cops and reported them.

This mobile phone number was used to make a fraudulent transaction. The owner of the number was sent a secret number via SMS to confirm an order, which they must type in online to be able to complete the order. The person then sent the funds from a hack bank account.
