Yes, can confirm it is the NAB on an automated calling sequence, hence the persistence. That's OK, I take some delight in cancelling their calls.
I may even call them back if they actually leave a message via a human.
have been getting this number today also. says its the NAB and to press a number then cuts out. Calls every 4 hours, starting to get really annoyed. We have a silent number!!!
I missed the call so I rang back - no answer - I find it unusual and very strange that the NAB would be using a mobile number to contact account owners - I will be ignoring all calls in future
well guys guess what that area code 047 703 in in South Africa and I don't have a NAB account.
It is the nab. It's simply a MSG to tell you the fee on an overdue account and a suggestion to pay it to avoid a fee. Doesn't ask for passwords or account numbers.
Recorded message says "This is a call for Martin James Wall from National Australia Bank, press 1 to continue" then cuts out. Had a call on different number asking for same person. Whats also wierd is that i havent given the number to anyone.

ive got the calls too. i answered the first one and it said it was national australia bank. i rang them after and they werent concered about it.

Calling a lot more than once every 4 hours. Annoying!
This number keeps calling my mobile. It says it is from the National Australia Bank, but the first thing it does is ask me to press a number on my keypad. Feels suspicious to me. If it genuinely is the bank, NAB should rethink their marketing strategy because it feels like spam to me. The number calls approximately once every four hours. This started happening at the same time as I started to receive other nuisance (spam) calls on my phone.
