unknown text message from this number saying $2000 coming out of my account and web address for removal manager

Scam message claiming to be from the ATO.

Received text msg saying I had a disbursment for $2189.00 through Paypal - not made any payment nor expecting one. Gave me a link to dispute through Paypal - scam

I got a text saying it was from PayPal and I had spent $600. They left a link to follow to Dispute/Query. I don't have a PayPal account in use!

said that i had made a payment for 1900 for a computer and to ring them. I had recently purchased a computer but not the model they described. Scam
