Caller: 0474 726 141 National Superannuation Information Service

This is a scam. I've had them call a few times. The most recent time - I decided to talk to him and he said that they're not from the government, but they have been hired "as an information service by the government to give advice to people who want it". Whatever that means. If you need advice, go to your own super company or a legit financial advisor. NEVER trust a cold call!

Another hang up after I answered and said hello twice.

Caller: Scam Caller 0474 726 141 Superannuation Information Service

Scam call.
Was in two minds as to whether or not to answer as I did not recognise the number.
Claiming to be from some Superannuation Information Service - they even knew my name! Claimed to have some independent info regarding superannuation and wanted to ask some questions to see if they could help. Told him politely that my super was fine and that I'd speak with either my super fund directly or my financial advisor if I had any questions or concerns. But he kept talking and was pushy! So I hung up on him. I tried to call from a blocked phone to try and check how they answered but the number comes up as 'call failed' each time. I've blocked the number.

Blocked and reported the number as I am on the donotcall register as found out the number is National Superannuation Information Service so if it isn't a scam they should have that information.

Saw this number ringing and wasn't one I recognized or in my contacts. Typed it into google straight away and came up with complaints - blocked straight away! No time for these ppl who call and never leave a message.

Called it back and recorded message "I'm sorry your call cannot be completed at this time" . I deleted it.

I let it ring out just now and no message was left on the answering service. Checked the number here to find it was another scammer. Blocked.

The some number called me this morning I let it ring out then I blocked the number

I was advised by a call centre once that it doesn't matter whether your number is "private" or "unlisted". They have software programs that just dial random 10 digit mobile numbers within certain set parameters.

keep calling - no message left and can't leave message on this number to cease calling me!
