Someone I know got an sms by this number, saying it was looking for them by surname and suburb and it had an attachment.

Message ignored and deleted.

got the same text.... with a link.....agree think its a scam ...,ive blocked the number

curious, think it is a scam, contact them re my surname? no reason!
