Lesley Have you tried diverting your phone unconditionally ( *21 101#) This means you divert your landline directly to your voicemail. Scammers never leave a message, those people who need to contact you, will. good luck

Caller: "Nicole from the Australian National Broadband" I've been getting these automated calls for months now saying they've been trying to get hold of me and because they haven't been able to they are going to "disconnect" my services and to press 1 to avoid this....I never to press 1 but I am so fed up with the calls. Can't block on my landline unfortunately.
